Decorating Classes

I teach sugar craft classes in the evenings.  There are two classes, one is an advanced class, and one is a beginners class.  Tuesday evenings are advanced class and Wednesday evenings are beginners classes.  The times are 6pm until 8pm.  The course lasts for 10 weeks. 

If you would like to book a course of lessons with me, please ring or call in to the shop.  Places are limited and I can only take a small amount of pupils.  The next course will be in September.  I do not take bookings until the end of August.  Some of the things I will be teaching are sugar flowers, covering and stacking cakes, piping techniques, swags drapes and frills.   Figure modelling, run-out and line work, chocolate work etc.  I try to include specific flowers if I am asked to do so.  The course does not boast any recognised qualification and you do not have to do anything you do not want to.  It is very relaxed and friendly.  I teach people of all ages and abilities.  You can email me or call in for a chat if you are interested.
